Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as the product is delivered immediately.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
Refunds may be considered in these cases:
- Payment was deducted but the order was not completed
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The file is corrupted, unreadable, or does not match the product description
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and details of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
